I live in Brooklyn, New York City. One time in 2003 I decided to buy weed for the first time. I had 10 dollars in my pocket and that was exactly the cost of one pocket (or should I say a very small bag?) of weed. So, the guy in the neighboring building had weed to sell, but I told him, "I don't have a pipe to smoke it from, so you have to roll it for me". I didn't get high on weed, I only got slightly depressed for a few hours. I didn't buy more weed from him because those dudes weren't nice to me.
So, this is my short story about my experience with weed. What are your comments about it?

So, my first time smoking weed was my last time doing it. Not sure, if the second time should be counted because I was in a park and some guy allowed me to inhale it without putting the pipe into my mouth.

There's better stuff around Brooklyn than that bullshit weed. It's difficult to meet a reliable dealer, but they're around. also, just go down to Canal St. and purchase a pipe/bong or learn to roll.

i didn't get high my first time smoking, but i didn't get depressed. i was just kind of like, "hey, why isn't this working? i wish it would work. i smoked because i wanted to get stoned, not so i could sit here wondering whether i was stoned or going to become stoned." in retrospect i was probably a little stoned. :jointsmile:

they either sold you some totally shit weed, stuff that WASN't weed, or you didn't smoke it right. if you've never smoked anything before your first time it's possible that inhaling hurts your damn throat too much, and if you haven't got any experienced smokers there to show you how it's done and stuff, it's very possible you won't get smoke all the way to your lungs.

sometimes our first times doing LOTS of things weren't the way we had imagined them -- but in many cases, these things are still worth doing till you get it right. :jointsmile:
