Are these fluoro's enough?

Is these lights good for growing and budding.

I want to buy them mainly for cloning and the mother plants, with the clones going outside. Also i may do a winter indoor grow with them. Is the 40 watt wide spectrum (4 of em) enough light?:hippy:

Fluorescent tubes are great for vegetating, not so great for flowering. They'll be cheaper at a hardware store. Just get daylight bulbs for veg, kitchen and bath for flowering. Just make sure you have enough room for them, and enough plants to fit under them; those tubes are long.

kronik is correct, you can get them cheaper at a big box store.
