ok, not too much preparation at this point.....

stopped with the red meat as I'm kinda sure at this point the creatin wouldn't be absorbed and turned into what they're measuring for.... maybe thats right, maybe not we''ll get to that later.

Breakfast : over easy eggs, on buttered toast w/ cheese salt, pepper.

About 8 oz of V8 Fruit Fusion
8 oz of water

Plan on popping some vitamins ( will give amounts later ) and drinking some fluids to see if 2-4 hrs would be long enough to get some color in my piss. Will take around 1 and keep checking till 5pm to mimic tomorrow's test time. I figure if I get up or stay up and start around 3 am that I'll be good to go for my 7 am pisser.
