I was hoping to hear from you on this matter. I'm worried about the fiber a little since I had an apple just now but other than that we'll see how it works.... Is the fiber to help w/ excrement production to rid metabolites? Also, what does the asprin do? Last, do you think I should eat around 4 or 5 in the morn. just to keep from getting into fat burning mode??? Just curious... appreciate your feedback.


The big thing about substitution was that I have a physical right after I pass and disposing of the evidence was an issue w/ just a robe on and since it's my first UA i have no idea what to expect. However, I"m sure your right. The first couple weeks were shitty with all the dreams (crazy crazy dreams) and jonesing for a binger but, hopefullly it'll pay out and tomorrow after I hear back from the boss by noon if i passed the physical, if i make to the physical, i'll be tokin a grande in honor of all your posts!!! hahah
