dude that has got to be a violation of many of your civil rights, not to mention abuse of police powers. follow the book and fuck them. take it as far as you can go. that isn't on. you have the upper hand though, you have the evidence, the letter and the threats within them. write everything down chronologically of what happened and take them to the cleaners. that'll teach the stupid bitch.
it really fucks me off how moronic parents, especially women think they have privilages or rights above others. i respect women and mothers, but this one clearly showed she was a moron first.
