I just went for a walk to get some eggs, and I observed a car sneak through a red light onto an avenue that has a lot of traffic. He had Jersey plates, and I guess he thinks it's safe to break the law in New York. As usual, there's never a cop when this happens. If that wasn't enough, on my way back, while crossing with the light, some monkey comes out of nowhere and skid-stops about ten feet from me.
