How do you cope with stress?
Alright some actual things you can do
1.Hot Shower/Bath
2.Valerian Root tea
3.Jogging/excercise
4.Drink lots of water
5.Eat a healthy balanced diet
6.Meditation
7.Having an orgasm(from sex/oral/masturbation)
Thats all I got for now lol.
