i was already on probation... i only have 6 more months of probation but they just put me in a program called drug court wich is a year long program... but since im going to be 18 in less then 6 months... as soon as im done with probation... im droping drug court...

i wouldn't expect jail time for anything under a sugested 4 month sentance, man... unless you are known by the court system.
