im not going to prison... im going to jail... there is a big differance... prison is for hard time(were i almost did go to back in febuary) jail holds people serving time on misdominors, and and holds drunk people over night for them to sober up and what not, they also hold people that are looking at prison time, while they are waiting to be chraged and sentenced....

and i know for a fact the prisons and jails are no were what they make it look like in the movies...

and yea... you can still get jobs in the prison... atleast the womens prison.... i have a friend with a mom there... and she has a job in the store thingy...

im not sure about other prisons though... i dont talk to my friends anymore because thats were they are at right now...

ive gotta go see the judge, and my po today... and i will most likely get a UA... and the reason of this post is to more or less inform everyone that im gone... and that....its not a good idea to smoke a bunch of pot right befor a meeting with your PO... and just incase i do go to jail...

theres a big chance of me not going to jail... but an even bigger chance of me going to jail...

CC, this is how it works in the U.S.

Jail is for people who are being held without bond before their trial or if they can't make bond. It is also usually used for people who have to serve less than 1 year of time or 11 months 29 days.

Prison is for convicted criminals having to serve usually over 1 year of time.

So jail is going to have more non-violent offenders and low level criminals like those serving a small sentence for DUI or possesion or bad checks, shoplifting, small terms from violating probation.
