As an English teacher (state credential), I could tear this quote apart on technical issues. However, that would be completely counter-productive and would obfuscate the very significant fact that, despite how poorly it is written, the writer succeeds quite well at the main priority of language, which is communication.

Such as it is, the writer takes his/her thoughts and expresses them in a coherent, understandable manner.

Writing on the internet may take on a certain shorthand, but periods and commas add a lot to written communication and, when they are omitted, make the attempted comunication inane.
