Yes, and no. Let me start by saying this is only in my experiences, so don't take this as my trying to be an expert or anything. Basically, what I've noted is that a vaporizer gives you much more of a head high, no matter what quality product you are consuming. I've had mids hit me like dank that with a waterpipe or other smoking accessory would normally bring a massive body high. It is a lot cleaner, and you can take in a lot more vapor than you can smoke, so you can theoretically get higher, but still nothing hits like a waterpipe/joint for mids and the body high. The simple answer is, find someone you know who has a vape and try it out. I know a few (by a few I mean like 1-3) people who don't prefer a vaporizer, so you may be one of those people.
