You say logic isn't fun like imagination is. That doesn't matter to me. I don't believe logical things because I think I'll be happier that way. My brain won't let me believe in ghosts or a million dollars buried in my backyard unless I actually have some good evidence that this is the case. Try convincing yourself right now that there really is a million dollars buried in your backyard. Try to actually really believe it is true. You can't, can you? Neither can I. I can't believe in ghosts and spirits for that same reason. It just seems so incredibly unlikely that I'd need to be shown some good evidence before my brain will accept it as part of reality.
