I heard this rumour years ago. I know people always say smoking weed cant cause cancer but I disagree. It makes me wonder how people can think tar from cigs is a carcinogen but not tar from weed. Any over exposure to tar can turn skin cells cancerous.

Anyway I dont beleive that cannabis has 5 times as much tar as cigs.

I've heard all differnt versions of this bullshit, once it was 1 joint was = to 17 cigs, then 10 and now 5. They just keep changing, BUT, at least they're all going down and down. It's still bullshit though, and i dont belive it at all.

The reason our Government are trying so hard is becuase more and more people are smoking weed in the UK and it's going up at a great rate., Well, great for us, not for the Goverment. They're loosing the war and they're just trying to scare people. Childish bullshit really, they dont win so they try and scare people away from it.

One day soon there will be so many smokers and so much weed that they give up. They CANT arrest us all, especially with the way prisons are going. I'm not kidding, i could go out and start dealing on the street, OUTSIDE a police station, get caugh and the chances of me going to prison are so low i wouldnt even be worried about it. I'm more likely to get a fine and told off - and that's all because we have no space in our prisons, - because people who smoke plant matter get arrested and put there.

THC kills cancerous cells, and controls cell division. It also allows healthy cells to stay alive longer, and new cells to grow.

That's why even if the smoke IS bad, the THC cancels it all out. Hense why no one has ever died from cannabis, or got cancer from it.
