Physical activity will NOT prevent stretch marks in muscular people who are getting them from gains in bulk do to muscle mass.
Keep well hydrated and use cocoa butter daily after your shower to prevent them and slow them down.

Oh- btw- those armpit stretch marks on weightlifters are, IMHO, akin to a battle scar. If you're bulking up fast enough to get them, be proud.
stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . ok notice this first please........! i do not care thta much.. you'll understand why i posted this as the first sentence in a momment.. anyways, i've got stretch marks, lots of them (i am farily muscular in my legs and they're on the way there too) anyways.. i hate them... i've always had a problemw ith my body/appearance... i've always thought i was ugly as fuck... in the last copule of years i've developed stretch makrs worse then the average pregnant woman.. is there ANYTHING i can do about them short of working out?
