most sadistic painful torture/execution?
hmmm....
sticking fishhooks all over someones back with small chain links attached to them. and hanging them from a ceiling. while they are there. randomly peeling parts of their body with a potato peeler. and finally dipping them in a vat of lemon juice until they drown.
