One of the "best" tortures for pedos and pimps I've heard of comes from Columbia (or somewhere in South America, I think it was Columbia, they seem to have their shit together).

The cops take this guy and drive him out into the bush where they've built a house out of dry wood. They sit him down, lock a chain around his balls, give him a razor blade and then set the house on fire. The clock is ticking, make a decision quick... it doesn't take too many pimps walking around talking like little girls for the other guys to catch on.

Anyone ever watch Braveheart? According to the behind the scenes commentary the young prince (the gay one) was such a poor ruler that the peasants overthrew him. He was executed by being bent over a wood block and having a red-hot poker rammed up his arse until it came out of his mouth. The screams were said to have been heard for five miles in the surrounding area.

A lot of the tortures we come up with today are pretty mundane compared to the old-school stuff - view at your own discretion, there's some pretty messed-up stuff there.
