Keep them in a desert. Naked. Make them crawl many amounts of miles on sharp rocks with semi-poisonous snakes and gophers hopped up on crack, feeding them only a small amount of water. In the case of pedos, (male obviously), I would make them stand with their dick and balls laying on a stump while they are restrained. Then in front of their eyes, sledgehammer their nutsack Gallagher style.
