yeah, im trying to make it a habit again. My body doesnt act up as much when i have a lot of muscle tone. I really like lifting weights too, but can't do that any time soon, lol. any people here into supplements and protien booters...etc..? I like to use glutamine power, and spirutien<---awesome stuff 99 cal. 0 fat 24 gram soy protien--- I like he nuts and berries kind. They also make powered hemp protien, i've never tryed that though...
thoughtwriter Reviewed by thoughtwriter on . working out ..jogging so after a brief standstill, (due to some neck and back injuries).....i took off the neck brace yesterday, and went for a LIGHT walk/jog. It was really refreshing to get out of my house, i've been m.i.a for about a month and a half. So this morning i took my green tea, hehe, and did my exercise. It seems like SO HARD to get back on a healthy track, but after that first workout...i feel SO much better! Anyone else get the same feeling? Rating: 5
