If you're still questioning bringing it or not, don't risk it. At least the case here in Georgia is that you either vaporize or don't consume at all in the dorms. RAs have a superhuman sense for smelling pot smoke for some reason, and they might catch you even if you towel/fan it. Even the ever-popular doob-tube/bouncer (paper towel roll w/ dryer sheets stuffed in it) will emit a slight odor that may warrant an RA searching your room. Don't trust anyone the first month and roll j's and walk around the quad at night. Security is definitely a lot tighter in the dorms than outside, so usually you'll be safe if you move enough.
