Lol, ok fair enough but just to be fair to both sides of the arguments its possible to have a 15 year old whos a lot more mature than some 20 year olds maturity comes from how you are as a person not really from age

Maybe that's why there is no age listed, only that those not deemed as adults so that those who are mature for their age are unaffected.
