what is a good website for something like a one night stand? i know there are a bunch out there, but when i get on them, you have to pay, and some of the chicks on there don't even look like they are real(maybe pornstars or something). on a related note, i have a friend who met a girl online who said she was 18, and she turned out to be like 16. he almost went to jail for it

Are you asking about safety from police action or prosecution from "hooking up with people" on Craig's List sexually? Because if you're just looking for a one-night stand and you're over the age of consent, that's consensual sex. Which is perfectly legal. But if you're looking for fee-for-service sexual favors, then that's a different matter. Pandering and soliciting prostitutes are illegal, prosecutable offenses.

on a side note, I too used to think meeting people on the internet was a "lame" way for antisocial type folks to meet through their online geekiness, but I have since rethought that and it makes sense to me. I mean, think about it why would we rule the internet out as a way to meet people? We already use it for hobbies such as four-wheeling or backpacking, why not for dating and hooking up? After all, it is just another social gathering ground much like the bars. Only difference is that most of the internet BS guesswork is eliminated in the first 3 minute of talking so take yer pic.
