puking after smoking?

in health class they'd always tell you weed makes you unable to throw up, but about a week ago 3 friends and i smoked about 4 bowls, and this was only my 4th time smoking, so i was absolutely gone. the thing is, before i smoked i ate a take out meal from this chinese place. i got so dizzy later on and ended up puking a ton. all my friends said that was really weird, and the only explanation we could come up was that the food was bad, but still wouldn't the weed keep me from throwing up??

yea i dont think weed stops you from throwing up, because i have thrown up once after eating a big meal and then having a long smoke session. my advice "do not eat a whole lot, before toking up, because you will throw up."

You probably got to dizzy, from what i've seen getting to stoned can make people sick. It could also have been lack of sugar energy, if I don't have sugar then I'm pretty much like i've got parkinsons.

The only time I've gotten sick from weed is when I first started smoking and I hit the bong way too hard...but it could've been food poisoning too. You never know what the cooks are doing to your food.

ya I've gotten stoned and then puked, i have noticed that it always seemed to happen as a result of dehydration combined with being kinda dizzy.

I have puked numerous times after taking enormous bong hits. It always seems to happen when you get too high. For me, it has nothing to do with eating, because even when I don't eat and I get too stoned, I get the dry heaves. So I have to wave the BS flag on that one. Plus, I have never heard that one before.

I have gotten sick from smoking a black & mild, but not weed. Besides, health class is a bunch of lame lies that try to get you not to smoke the reefer.

My health teacher was actually kind of pro-cannabis, he never said to do it but he actually told the truth about it.

LOL dude that isn't true, I have seen and have myself taken a fat ass hit and puked right after without any feeling of nausea or dizziness. Its a rarity to see (for me) but it happens occasionally. Besides sometimes you can eat to many munchies and puke.
