A friend has recently told me that with the exception to a vape a joint releases the most thc. I was just wondering if anyone can confirm this or give their own knowledge

If you got a gram of weed. It has 22% thc. You burn the whole gram to ash.Q: Which method of taking heat to the bud WILL MAKE IT BURN more or less THC. A: None, the whole thing was burned(turned to smoke), all the bud, all the THC. If you use a bong you can take in more smoke then you can any other method cause the smoke is cooled. Water/Ice bongs are the best for taking is as much smoke as you can get in one hit.

The hierarchy of smoking devices in THC efficiency (to my knowledge) is vaporization at near 100%, then water devices at 85%, pipes at 45% blunts about 20-25% and joints last. You actually only inhale about 15% of the available THC.

Users report that "joints or blunts get them the higher than pipes or bongs," but this is largely due to #1. the larger amount of weed needed for a jay rather than a bowl, and #2. the rate of consumption is much faster with a jay; amount of time between hits is generally less. and #3. the resin build up at the end.

Roll a jay. Open it and put all of that weed in a bong or vape it and see how much higher you will get than if you smoked the same amount in the jay.

However, jays are convenient as well as classy, and the least suspicious.

I get higher with the joint, than with the bong, not to mention bongs are so quick is not very relaxing. Joints can go and go and go.

In my opinion joints are the least effective way of intaking cannabis. However its the one I do the most.

Vaporizers of course give you the most THC for your buck. If you smoke joints, you can save the roaches and make a joint out of the resin-fortified roaches. You can then save the ultra-resin-fortified roaches to make a grand-daddy joint; but, this could take a while!

think about what you just said. that's a pretty ignorant statement. there are so many other factors - such as potency of weed, how much weed in the J, how many hits you took - that control how high you get that just because it was in a joint doesn't make the high a direct result of being smoked out of a joint. I could take a lot of weed, place it on a table, light it, and inhale the smoke it makes. after smoking a lot of weed like that I'm pretty sure that I'd be baked as hell, but that doesn't make it a good way to get high. I could get a hell of a lot higher by smoking the same amount of weed in a bowl/blunt/joint/bong.
