I'd meant to head up to Vermont for the weekend but ended up stuck in boring ol' MA instead... so Saturday afternoon I'm out on the river with a girlfriend and a sixer and a couple kayaks. REALLY hot day, we're just chilling on the beach, my fishing buddy calls to get in on the inaction, brings his canoe down, and just as he's unloading his canoe, the fucking SKY opens up.
