I just moved to New Zealand from California and I have to say moving from home has made life 2.5 times better. I have a job in a fancy restaurant in the middle of Auckland and a awesome flat that I share with 3 other roomies. Drinking age is 18 and I can leave my weed and bong out at night with no worries.

damn dude. first time out of your parents house and you move to the other side of the world. that is impressive. when i first moved out i moved in with 5 of my friends and we had an awesome house that hosted avant garde/ psychedelic noise shows/parties every other weekend. it was great until the land lord found out and evicted us.
