i'm not sure of the living dead movies... but in RE the virus replace all cells including blood (well not replaces, but attatches it's self and metamorhpises them) but those cells become the energy the zombie lives off of...

kinda hard to explain... but after a body is dead, think of it as a rechargable battery... when it dies it's dead... but you can recharg it.. that's what the virus does essintially... it no longer needs oxygen and blood to live... the cells themselves power the body...

of course, with this goes out intillegent thought... and all that's left is primitive thought.... mostly, feeding....



the real question is... do zombies know when they're full or do they eat til they're bloated?

they can be zombies all they want but they cannot defy physics or the laws of thermodynamics....they need energy of some source and im pretty sure they dont instantly take up photosynthesis as soon as they become a zombie and if the brain doesnt work then how do they move? the virus has enough power to move a 150+ pound body around?

read above.... as this hasn't actualy happened i can't tell you where the energy comes from... we haven't exactly studied it but it is described how they are not dependant upon oxygen, which means blood is useless... (since blood is how oxygen powers the body)

BTW thanks for making me paranoid again....

i was just goin out to my garage to get something to drink....and we have motion activated lights in the garage.....so i open the door to go to the fridge we have in there and the light was already on.....you usually have to take like 2 steps in to turn it on...so as im goin to the fridge im sittin there thinkin...":wtf3:shit....what if a zombie is hiding behind the workbench and tools....." so i hurried the fuck up and got out of there. hahaha
