Its a good find but imo they look like junk sorry

My Cfl's were 5-7 dollars for the daylight 100w rating ones.

Didn't seem to spendy for cfls and they work wonders.

different CFL spectrums have different temps, my GE 2700s are much hotter then the nvision 5500s from the depot. about 5 degrees hotter....anyone else notice this?

My favorite CFL is a 26 watt Daylight (6500K wide spectrum) bulb from MallWart. 2 bulbs for under $8.
We tested them against 40 watt CFL 'grow bulbs', and 35 watt t-8 tubes, and watt for watt, the plants did best under the 26 watt daylight bulbs.

Not sure what you r thinking to imply but the link i posted was the right link... the only point in posting it was for those who are just looking 4 the least expensive CFL. Sure they're are cheap but for less than half the price of any i've found elsewhere, i'll have plenty on hand for home lighting, plus. I personally will be augmenting my light system with some red/blue LED boards i put together awhile back (they've worked great for seed for my spring veggies and the clone i took from a lymon tree my wife inherited)... that is when i actually build a box to put them in, hehe. Nothin but LOVE man.

the ones that u put up a link for should be in home wears site not at grow weed site. They are not for growing any kind of plant.

Well in my opinion no CFLs should be used to grow with, but when your looking for cheap intermediate solutions... really the only true grow light solutions are cool-tube, blue-enhanced HPS or LEDs. Since CFLs are becoming cheap and ubiquitous, we use them. Once i actually get something growing and test a couple of ideas i have on LED solutions, i will post here and a couple of other sites, easy ways to build your own LED grow lights for as much as or less than HID system that will outperform while using much less energy... it's much easier than most realize... i've been doin my research for quite a while.

my buddy is testing the leading edge in led's plz check your facts. the led's that are out are not ready yet. If you want to learn something you can read his old posts. The lights he is using will be out in about 6-8 months.
