Now, this will be before alot of peoples time, but if you know who The Kray brothers are, Ronnie, Reggie and Charlie, you'll know this pub is where Ronnie shot old georgey boy through the eye. You'll also know Reggie was a bisexual schizo, ALTHOUGH, saying that, he wasnt crazy. Well, he was, but only when he snapped.

Charlie didnt do much, he was the one who gets left out, Ronnie and Reggie are the two main ones. Well, were.

These guys ran the gaff in the 60's. London was theirs - but we aint talking idiots shooting everyone for no reason, they were proper gents. If someone hit their wife and these guys found out about it, he wouldnt hit another woman in his life. Like i said, true gents. My dad was fairly good friends with them [nothing more than that though, did a bit of business but all legit], and Lenny McLean, also knew the Krays.

My home is littered with such a colourful past. East London is known a a brutal place for a reeason, and all this contributes to it. There's not enough people around like McLean and the Krays.

i remember you had the twins in your avatar and being an eastend boy thoght this might be of interest to you,ive also got a pictureof frankie outside his house but i wont post that one.my mates dad used to deliver to the blind beggar and like you said the twins were true gents who people had total respect for, not like the idiots today.
