idk those hits are mostly for show and they wanna produce as much smoke on the exhale as possible

plus u dont wanna hold it for any more than 7 seconds and even 7 is kinda steep 3-5 is a good happy medium but after that its pointless to hold unless u like the black lung smokers cough after a month or 2

If I smoke chronic I'll hold it. But for regs. I get big ass dragon clouds and it tastes like shit. So I don't hold it.

I hold it for like 6-7 seconds to let the full effect go in my system.
