dont eat or drink for a week. that should dry out the tape enough so it can be removed.

tried coughing it up? or pewk it out.... or drink water, or swallow summit big (b careful not to choke on it though, cud b fatal) or if its just at the back of ur throat at the top get sum tweezers n try n get it....
