Is DXM that good?

Hold your nose and get as much in your mouth as possible then force yourself to swallow, don't think about it just do it. Hold your tongue back, breath through your nose and ignore the taste, repeat until bottle is empty. First time I did this it seemed pretty sick too, but its actually only temporary and the taste will go away within minutes and leave a somewhat-good feeling in your throat.

I usually swallow the entire 4 oz bottle in three big gulps. Little sips only seem to make it worse. Then after the three big gulps I drink a bunch of water to wash away the aftertaste lingering in my mouth.

here are my doses... I am 6'3 230 so Bman this should be close for you.
I dont take CCC. only DXM in cough syrup as the ONLY active ingredient.

1 4oz bottle: kicked in an about 45 min (smallest ive ever taken) I just felt simular to a strong alchy buz+ a MUCH greater appericiation for music even more so then weed. Lasted about 3 1/2- 4 hours.

6oz- I had my first DXM trip, but i could control it. We called it flipping the switch to make it go off and on. If i lay in a dark room i would feel as if i could go anywhere. Yet when i wanted i would stop. I first felt the symptoms about 30 min in, but didnt peak for about 1 1/2- 2 hours. tripped total about 4 hours.

8oz- I tripped but there was no switch, I tripped for 5 hours. Kicked in an about 25 min, fully in about 90 min. I was seeing things even without trying. Personally my fav level.

10oz. I tripped with no switch, pretty much tripped balls. I didnt remember taking the DXM. Deff LOVED music, but i also have dillusions about random things. Like flying over south america, visiting the Pyramids, getting caught by God, thinking i was in hell. Felt like a robot, my arms didnt move right. ALSO dont plan on going up stairs. FUN, if you really wanna get jacked. I dont start feeling sick until about 10oz.

12oz. same thing as 10. didnt notice any diff. (cept i threw up, about 2 hours in, and it only lasted about 2 hours after that.) + i just feel i bit diff the next day. kinda just slow and tired.


But with all trips the common theme seems to be just sleeping right after. It wipes me out for the next 10 hours. The dreams are fun though. I also follow the same routine before i even swallow. have a semi-full stomach for the first 4oz. then i have a slice of bread about 8oz of water. then i get the 2nd one down. It takes me maybe 2-3 sec to get a bottle down and i really dont mind the taste until about 10oz in.

for a first time i would recomend 6 oz for a guy your size. Thats what i did and loved it, 4oz isnt really any fun for someone our size.

Right.... ANYWAY...I have bomb nugz but thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to do DXM because it will make me trip. Weed just gets you stoned, not hallucinate and trip. I smoke weed everyday... so i'm pretty sure i know what it does just as much as you, if not more . I have decided I will take my first trip with 6oz of cough syrup, since the person posting above is very similar in weight to me. Thanks for all the help everyone! (cept people like the one right above me who don't understand what the purpose of doing different drugs to have different experiences)

yes, it is.
i did dxm way before i ever smoked weed, actually. it's a crucial trip for $0, if you're so inclined to lift either a bottle of tussin (i'd suggest cvs tussin maximum strength) or a box of coricidin cough & cold (yes, yes, the other drugs can react badly if you're stupid enough to take massive amounts of it, but i've used ccc's several times, once taking 16 pills - one of the most enjoyable dxm trips i've had, and it's a refreshing alternative to chugging syrup you may be accustomed to vomiting up after the first couple times; your body soon links the syrup to the nausea it sometimes causes - even so much as looking at a bottle or thinking about the syrup's consistency could make you want to puke).
be forewarned, though, that dxm is one of those drugs you either love, don't care about, or have a very bad experience with. though i'm lucky to have only had very nice trips on dxm, a friend of mine suffered from the robo-itches, lots of vomiting, and didn't have fun at all. personally, i love it. he obviously didn't. for my first trip, i took a 4ounce bottle of cvs tussin maximum strength, and it still had a pretty nice effect on me. that's what i'd suggest, to be sure your body will actually react in a desired manner to the dxm.
