Brooklyn has one of the highest Russian immigrant populations in the country, if not the largest: about 148,000. There are many more spread out all over the rest of New York. They're fine, for the most part. These people can drink Vodka like water, and I've only seen one that appeared drunk, in the street, in all the years that I've lived around them. And that guy was just sort of stumbling along, minding his own business, and singing to himself, not passed-out on the ground or doing anything wrong.

Personally, I think they got rid of communism too fast. They're probably pissed-off because they're not all rich - like they think Americans are. This is Reagan's fault.
