Is it true drinking cranberry juice before drug test will cover up marajuana? I heard this from a friend and aparently worked for him

Not really. Cranberry juice helps prevent UTI infections and people equate this with cleaning you out and thus passing a drug test. If your friend did the dilution method and used cranberry juice as the fluid then he might have passed but it diluted his urine and nothing else.

my mate drank 3-4 litres of cranberry juice the night before his drug test.

When it came to pissing he pissed into the toilet for a bit then in the middle filled the cup, which seemed to work for him as he never got chucked out of school, but I'm not sure if it's fool proof.

I've been trying an unscientific test with cranberry juice with home tests and it seems to get me clean 1 to 2 days earlier but it is only being done with home test strips so very unscientific.I wish I knew somebody in a lab that could check the real results.
