the mint is not illegal. However the aparatus (pipe) may be interpreted as drug paraphenalia.roll up a mint fatty, sit in front of the cop shop and see what happens. And don't forget to tell us what happens

ok when i say mint, i meant the plant mint, such as pepermint, the only reason i like smoking it is because im trying to quite smoking ciggs but i still like to smoke and dont alwayse have alot of cannabis so i like to smoke it at times just to relax not neccesarily inhaling or anything.

just buy some weed and smoke that..

no..im not trying to be cool i rarely even smoke with anyone else like i said before i smoke to relax and smoking pepermint helps me to relax.
