Could I get busted?

So everyday I chill on me back porch and light up. Well on the otherside of the private fence I set about 20 feet from there are men working at some lumbar company which is also where someone lives. The wind is usually carrying the smoke right that way. If they called the cops what could the cops do? Ive been doing this for quite some time now and they never have. Im just kinda paranoid right now lol.:hippy:

Haha yeah I figured they were stoners too. I mean how can you be a construction worker and not get stoned?

I dont think they would call the cops on you. They may be more inclined to join you. The cops couldnt search your house anyway so you could just deny it.

When I blow smoke out of my window when it is windy, sometimes the smoke shoots down to the ground. Ive seen it go into my neighbours porch before (they always have the porch door open). I have always though it would be funny if this happend when they were outside and they get hit by a wave of smoke.

I doubt a bunch of guys working a lumber yard would be the type to call the 5-0 on you. I don't think the cops can do too much to you from only recieving one complaint either. You're in the clear.

Ya man I wouldnt worry, Ive had people from out of town working construction ask me if I knew where to get some pot, when I worked in a hotel. They prolly toke up themselves.

Ya I didnt really think it would happen. It just kinda popped in me head so I wanted to see what everybody had to say.

Oh and Canuckofithaca, yes I do smoke cigs out there also.
