Could I get busted?

So everyday I chill on me back porch and light up. Well on the otherside of the private fence I set about 20 feet from there are men working at some lumbar company which is also where someone lives. The wind is usually carrying the smoke right that way. If they called the cops what could the cops do? Ive been doing this for quite some time now and they never have. Im just kinda paranoid right now lol.:hippy:

you are just being paranoid. i smoke on my back porch too and my yard is like onnected to both houses on either side of mine. there were construction workers 10 feet away from me with no fence or anything all last week and none of the msaid anything as i was smoking the bowl.

Here is what could happen: :thumbsup: The police could get a tip from a lumber employee, who is a volunteer Drug counselor for a local Teen Crisis Program (you know ,keep kids off drugs don't talk to strangers or priest) His reaction to the the "smell of Drugs" is taken as Drugs are being manufacture at your residence so with a commanding officer's signature they have a warrant for your home and all it's possessions (pipes, rolling papers,roaches,even any alcohol, cold medicine and couch syrup) This will be used to build a case against you and your "Drug Factory", because this a "drug house" the RICO laws are in effect you will loose all your belongings, car etc. and be charged with a multiple felonies,"racketeering activity" unlawfully exposing the public to a danger,using a controlled substance, manufacturing
and whatever else the DA wants to stick to you! because you are poor and can only afford a public defender You will be sentenced and receive the maximum (35 to life) in a Federal prison where you will make BBQ's for the Parks Dept. and hold bible studies on Wes. nights!:wtf:

But other then that, i would not be too worried or overly parriond....hu?........did you hear that!?:stoned:

They probably just don't care or maybe they smoke themselves. If you have been doing this for awhile with no problems and the wind goes their way, I'm sure you will be fine.

u prolly wont get caught because they wouldnt have visual proof that you were smoking...unless they tested you..

I dont think they would call the cops on you. They may be more inclined to join you. The cops couldnt search your house anyway so you could just deny it.

When I blow smoke out of my window when it is windy, sometimes the smoke shoots down to the ground. Ive seen it go into my neighbours porch before (they always have the porch door open). I have always though it would be funny if this happend when they were outside and they get hit by a wave of smoke.
