I predict I'm going to smoke out of an apple pipe at some point tonight or tomorrow, then I'm going to go to the local ag festival and watch horses and RC cars for a long time. I might also do some miniatures painting.

i predict that im flying to birmingham tomorrow and will be disappointed to see that its flooded. also for the rest of the week i will be competing in the world tae kwon do championships and will try to bring back a medal... also a party tonight, but no drinking or toking because my body is a finely tuned machine... only aftyer i come back will i become a stoner once again

This isn't a hard one for me. I predict I will spend an inordinate amount of time on the PC this weekend because I will be basically grounded inside my own house recovering from this cervical spine surgery, still wearing my nerdy collar. I will not be driving or riding in a car, unless I can bribe someone who hasn't seen the post-op driving prohibitions, and there's no one in my circle who doesn't know them. I predict I will break one less-vital post-op prohibition and get in the pool or spa at one point just out of sheer insanity and boredom and also that I will do some walking on the treadmill.

I also predict that I'll cook at least one meal this weekend for the Byrd men. We're starting to run low on family- and friend-donated post-op food, and there's no reason I can't occupy myself at the kitchen counter and stove in a constructive fashion. I predict that I will try to wheedle a trip to the grocery store out of someone in the process of constructing one of these recipes.

I predict I'll be going to the lake Saturday on the boat and Sunday I'm supposed to go to my sisters for a BBQ. I'm also predicting I'll have sex on at least one of those two days! At least I'd better!(Weekends are great!).
I also predict I'll get a good tan! I'm gonna be in the sun 2 days.

Aww! If you were a bit closer BG I would send you some nice Scottish salmon with some baby Ayrshire potatoes and a some fresh parsley and a knob of real butter, followed by some home made Drambuie ice cream.
Since you are too far away I'll just have to have it myself but I'll be thinking about you

What a delicious-sounding spread that'd be! Scottish salmon is truly one of my favorite dishes in the entire world, and I suspect that Ayrshire potatoes would be just up my alley, too. How perfectly lovely that thought was. Thanks, NCM!

I've selected red beans and rice with sausage as my first recipe. Soft and easy to swallow. And easy to make, too.
