    New guy!

Hey all, I'm new to the cannabis.com board! I live in the USA, I started a co-op indoor grow in my best friends basement about 5,6 years ago after purchasing multiple grow books and I was hooked!! He had the equipment and place to setup a grow but his first attempt was pitiful they were dead within days, so i contributed my knowledge and know-how for half the harvests. We did about 5 harvests- each time we refined our skill until near perfection- then I started pissin around outdoors. It was funny our first harvest was full of hermis and the bud was basically only good for bird food, but we were growing sweet sweet nuggets in no time.

I'm stuck on outdoors growing because the plants get so much stronger and the bud is much fuller and better when you let the mother plant reach maturity before they flower. I've only had one plant ripped off by the flying pigs ever, but it hurt bad. It was my only plant that summer and it was almost a 6 1/2 foot-pink haired nugget tree. They ripped it about 5 am and I was walking out my back door to where the trail led, hey i was young and stupid, and i walked right into the spotlight of the chopper. They never did anything about it though.

I'm currently working on a 3 mother grow with a few clones. I'm doing an outdoors SCROG with a gigantic old dog cage, its really interesting. One plant is ready to push the branches up through the grating, the others have quite a ways to grow before they reach the cage floor.

Here are a few assorted pics of my grow this summer, enjoy! The second pic and the last pic are the same plant that got munched on by a deer it also ate the top off the 4th pic plant, but its recovering nicely so I really dont mind about that one as much.

I'm going to do a breeding project with the clone(s) off the best female. I only got one male this year, the other plant I killed was really really sativa and it was stretching way too much so I plucked it...

Pic 1 is the dead male, pic 2 is the snip off it thats rooting right now that i'm going to collect pollen off of.

LOL Not at your misfortune, but flying pigs. Gotta remember that when somebody says "when pigs fly". Welcome to the site. And good luck with future harvests.
