erm... it doesn't give you legality or anything....

like in tx, it's still illegal, but if you don't buy the stamps, they can nail you for tax evasion too.... (if they really wanted to)

well along time ago they were legal in nevada. but you had to show up with your supply, while it was still semi illegal. so the cops took your stash or you outed yourself with your stuff. now you can buy stamps online for 2500$ since they are collectors items.
