lighting question...??? and nutes...???

is a 70 watts hps nd 3 26 watt cfls good enough for 1 plant in flower...i believe it gives off a over 11,000 lumens... and i have nutes that are 15 30 15...they are almost 1/4 less then the recommended dosage and i have some that is 12 N only...should i use them in stronger dosages now that im in flower..???

That is enough light to flower your plant...
Look for a good flowering fert.

yea i went to a local nursery and they gave me some free stuff called blood meal and its only nitrogen and they gave me some stuff called color bloom and i said thanks kuzz it was free...then came home and posted...i just wanna know should i used them and what doseage...yea im a bit sad mah dog was dognapped and i cant find him...someone opened my gate nd lem um out he was my best frend in the world...ill miss peanut nd ive done everything i can and they rippede all the flyers i put up down...bastards...shame on them...dont u agree he was cute as hell...
