Is this weed or just a normal plant?

I went to friends house the other day and he had this plant in his garden, he doesn't know if it is weed or not, so I was wondering if you could help us by saying if it is or isn't.

I'm not to sure if it is since it isn't that too mature yet but it could be a variety of plants. It could be Hemp agrimony a perennial that has hempen shaped leaves. And it is native in U.K Where you are!!!

Well, if your friend has planted seeds it'll be cannabis. If it's just randomly grown it's almost certainly hemp, probably from birds.

I expect more from a scouser, you should know what your plantin, but like lip said if he didnt plant it then its just gonna be hemp.
