It must really suck to be a kid now a days and want to be a pot head. It sure was not like that for us in the 70s, weed was everywhere and everyone smoked it including the cops.
What happened to the kids of this generation? Where did they lose their way?
What happened was 35 years ago Nixon screwed us all by shelving a report that recommended the decriminalization - see the NORMAL website for details. It is insane- like you, I was smoking in the mid-70's and we all thought it was only a matter of time until it was legal. Then the Right grabbed the wheel and we've been controlled ever since. I wish kids today would realize they have the power to help get us back on track.

Stink, I say that w FEW exclusions. There are a few cops out there left to protect and serve,(which I do have the utmost respect for). The problem is the majority, are generally insecure and overzealous. I've seen many sides of many stories and experienced more than nessecary. To this day I shake and twitch in the presence of police after being brutally assaulted on numerous occasions as a youth. I've been diagnosed w 2 separate PTSD's as a result of what I understand to be bad representations of the force. Still, I see WAY TOO MANY corrupt cops, abusing their authority at the cost of good peoples freedom and lives.
B4 I go let me reitterate, I DO HAVE THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OFFICERS TRUELY DEDICATED TO PROTECTING AND SERVING THEIR COMMUNITIES!!!

    Can you understand?

Was your friend dealing more than just cannabis? LEO tend to get more involved when it involves multiple drugs like coke and X. I don't touch those nasty ass drugs anyway. Just weed.

It would be quite pathetic for the cops to investigate this if she was just a petty weed dealer, but that is how the pigs make a living...off of the misery of others. These cops are the true danger to society. They are no different than the alcohol prohibition officers of the 20s. Just a different substance.

My advice to you is NOT TO HAVE ANYTHING ON YOU for maybe a couple weeks just to be safe. Don't make any deals on your phone or even via text and IM. You never know if they will raid your house. I live with that fear everyday, although they will never find anything NOT EVEN CLOSE to felony amounts or anything that would put me away for a long time in my house. Lol I'm always one step ahead of the cops.

They will definitely need a warrant to search your house, but if they come and knock on your door and ask to search....tell them YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO A SEARCH at all and that they need a warrant as prescribed by the 4th amendment of the US Constitution. I would read up on cannabis law too. If they just barge right in, remain silent and answer no questions because any evidence will be thrown out if there is no warrant. All you need to tell them is that you do not consent to a search of your things and belongings and that you will answer no questions without the presence of an attorney. It equals an illegal search.

I make sure when I call my people not to use specific words like weed, cannabis, etc. Just "stuff" and "shit". Start doing that if you make deals.

However, it is generally the dealers that they go after, not buyers. But it reverses at times.

If cops actually did work, they would find that it costs around $30,000+ to keep one person locked up in jail for a year. Hmm....not so effective.

Let them snoop in on all the calls they want....LEO will still only make a minor dent in the drug trade. How shocking. lol.

    Prohibition.......aint it a bitch?!

If anything like that was true they'd have the phone by now, not her. A detective calling her? I dont think so.

    Sounds dodgy as fuck.

as long as your friend isnt lugging around an analog phone u have no problems, all newer phones are digital. digital phones even if your on the correct frequency can not be understood by even a tech inclined individual. no one can hear unless its the .gov
also, cell phone scanners are fairly cheap, 1-2k. (those being the analog phones)

If you have the know how, you can build them for VERY cheap. Same as you can build a police radio scanner. You can get all the parts easily, and if you do it one by one you dont look suspicious at all. If i was bothered enough to, i could go out and make one tonight. But i dont need it so i wont.
