Hinchey-Rohrabacher amendment fails. I blame you (Americans).
U.S. House Declines to Stop Medical Marijuana Raids, Despite Record "Yes" Vote
Vote Comes as D.E.A. Steps Up Attacks in California
WASHINGTON, D.C. â?? An amendment to block the U.S. Justice Department from interfering with state medical marijuana laws failed to pass today, despite receiving record support on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives. The measure failed by a 165-262 vote on the same day the Drug Enforcement Administration raided 10 medical marijuana dispensaries in Los Angeles, over the vehement objections of the Los Angeles City Council.
"We continue to make progress, but we are disappointed that with the DEA terrorizing California patients even as the House debated, Congress chose not to act," said Rob Kampia, executive director of the Marijuana Policy Project in Washington, D.C. "New studies continue to demonstrate marijuana's medical benefits, and public support is overwhelming, but many in Congress seem not to care how many patients suffer."
The Drug Enforcement Administrationâ??s attacks have stepped up in recent weeks, with new raids on medical marijuana providers in California, as well as new threats that the Los Angeles Times called a "deplorable new bullying tactic" -- asset forfeiture against landlords who rent space to medical marijuana providers.

It's almost time for me to take a trip to the state capital to talk with a couple of these gents face to face...I love to argue, and there isn't a valid argument against medical marijuana...
Soon, soon I hope more will be done. Public support for this issue continues and continues to rise as the years go on, it's only a matter of time...

I emailed my congressman (Burgess), but he voted no.
I am sooooooooo upset I could flip out, except I'm drunk as a skunk on Steel Brewing 211 and Schlitz Malt Liquor, and I feel like trash. That's what our legal intoxicants do. Plus my joints will be sore in the morning.
I can't toke because I'm looking for work. Blah. Anyway, everyone watch Colbert tonight, the guy from the MPP will be on. Ouch I'm wasted. Alcohol kills brain cells.
You know you\'re high when you wonder why moms everywhere choose Lysol when to normal squares it\'s no wonder. And if a Woolite Pod commercial somehow makes you think of sex.

There's still a way to beat these worthless assholes at there own game.
Register for jury duty.I know it sucks but if enough of us can set in on some of these drug cases we can beat these assholes.Just always vote not guilty. No matter what the drug offense is just vote not guilty. It will cost them so much money to try and retry these cases they eventually have to stop prosecuting them.Get on a jury and vote not guilty!!

It is a shame that it didn't pass....again, although we are getting better with each vote!
But remember, the House members need to vote a certain way. Ridiculous and shitty as it seems, thats the way it works. Mostly all Republicans voted no.....and that figures. Conservatives historically have always kept society oppressed, still clinging to their old gods and old traditions while never accepting the Fire of Prometheus and progressing.
The House reminds me of just a show...an act that has no real power. I think American power resides in the Senate now, and the new "privileged", yet retarded and Satanic executive branch.
So don't blame Americans...BLAME YOUR CONGRESSMAN AND THE CONSERVATIVES!
You people should really start writing to your Congressman and Senator.
