I'm going to go against the grain and say that you shouldn't beat his ass down. Every girl I've ever known (which is not a whole bunch but draws from a large and diverse database ) generally finds a violent guy to be a turn-off - even if it seems like a great idea in the books and movies, girls think that guys getting in fights are dumb. Play it cool and mellow - use your wits to bring him down, not your fists. I give mega props for outsmarting your foe. It's classy.
