Skwirl, tell the doctor. Just make sure you tell him in confidence. He needs to know that. No one can give you the reassurance you need but him. Find a way to get him away from your mom and just fill him in. I'm not about to promise you you're going to be fine, and no one else ought to do that, either. The person administering anesthesia needs to be informed.

Okay so it's 12:47 in the middle of the night and I have to be at the oral surgeon's office at 9:00 in the morning to have my impacted wisdom teeth extracted. Anyway I'm high as hell right now smoked about 2.5gs and finished approximated 11:45.
