Motivation strategy.

Think of something you are 100% motivated to do with total focus. If there was a big clear bag of quality weed sitting on the other side of a wire fence how motivated would you be to climb the fence to get the lonely weed?

Now in order for you to feel that motivation you have to represent it in a certain way in your mind. You might have a bright close up colourful image of the sticky weed and you are talking to yourself in a quick and energetic way.

Next step is to take the thing you want to be motivated towards and represent it in the same way as the motivating image and sounds. Just change the content but keep the form the same.

I use this for my weight training and cleaning the house. Works every time.
