i dont know man id like to find out myself, im overweight and i wanna get back into shape, loose alot of weight and gain some muscle, but i smoke cigs too so im not sure how it would work out

Motivation strategy.
Think of something you are 100% motivated to do with total focus. If there was a big clear bag of quality weed sitting on the other side of a wire fence how motivated would you be to climb the fence to get the lonely weed?
Now in order for you to feel that motivation you have to represent it in a certain way in your mind. You might have a bright close up colourful image of the sticky weed and you are talking to yourself in a quick and energetic way.
Next step is to take the thing you want to be motivated towards and represent it in the same way as the motivating image and sounds. Just change the content but keep the form the same.
I use this for my weight training and cleaning the house. Works every time.
EDIT: you know it's working if you feel the intense motivation feelings for whatever you want to do.

I knew people that liked to workout high, and people that like to workout then smoke right after. I'd prefer the latter, but really, you'll never know if you don't try. So give it a shot.
I like the latter because I just like to feel the natural rush of exercise by itself. It's a mental thing too, being sober keeps me focused and motivated. Smoking after was a treat, especially to help you relax. I used to like to take a show and smoke in the shower. If you've never smoked in the shower, you're missing out. I don't really smoke anymore, and especially not after/during exercise, but when I did, it was alright. Some people like it more than others you just gotta find out for yourself.

I get high and listen to my IPod... helps me work out longer and harder'
and isen't that what it's all about
now get off that couch,put down those chips and get going!:thumbsup:

I often have a toke before working out, then throw on the good music, and it's just fantastic. My stamina is way up because the strain of pushing myself feels like a really pleasant rush, rather than just work.

It is known that cannabis alone stimulates your brain to produce endorphins. Your brain also does this when you are working out really really hard.
With me being a fighter, i cannot box properly when im high. Tried it dozens of times, and it seems to take some of the meanness required to be sharp. So i dont box high anymore. But...
With staying on par with cannabis and endoprhins, the types of workouts i do as a combat athlete require heavy weights, and explosive movement.
By doing low reps, with very high weight, by my last set im completely in pain. But, and this is an Eddy Curry sized one, if im high on a some decent smoke, than i dont feel the pain as much. Which really helps me attempt and complete my final sets. I also get paranoid and feel like everyones judging me which also gives an added boost.
This would also help people who are looking to gain muscle as well. By using low rep, high weight sets, you work out tendon based muscle fibers known as fast twitch. These muscles are not responsible for mass but more for overall athletic function.
Using 60% of your max and reps between 8 and 12 stimulate skeletal muscle which is where you gain mass. Cannabis will help with the fatigue associated with this type of workout as well.
