I knew people that liked to workout high, and people that like to workout then smoke right after. I'd prefer the latter, but really, you'll never know if you don't try. So give it a shot.

I like the latter because I just like to feel the natural rush of exercise by itself. It's a mental thing too, being sober keeps me focused and motivated. Smoking after was a treat, especially to help you relax. I used to like to take a show and smoke in the shower. If you've never smoked in the shower, you're missing out. I don't really smoke anymore, and especially not after/during exercise, but when I did, it was alright. Some people like it more than others you just gotta find out for yourself.
