In this country you have no rights until you are 18. To be honest, you may be better off not being an everyday smoker when you are that young. Hell, I did not indulge heavily until college.

What the hell is their logic anyway? The US has become so swept up in labeling any drug users as "bad people" that they don't even examine what good comes of their policies. So a kid smokes dope, you don't think he/she should, kicking him/her out of school is going to somehow improve his life? I thought the whole reason we shouldn't smoke dope is that it destroys quality of life.... well, what the hell does expulsion do to quality of life?


Drugs need to stop being a legal issue, and start being a public health issue.

well i dont smoke everyday but like 1-3 times a week but its so fucking stupid i hate my school district we have to where Kakie pants no cargo pockets white,blue,or black shirts collerd there so fucking uptight the dress code dosnt bug me hell i dont care about that but there like our no tolerince policcy its so fucking bullshit every month at my High school theres at least 5 guns found instead of caring about that they care about who smokes weed i hate that shit so much

do you have parking spaces at your school?
if you do, to get a parking space you have to sign a consent form.
also, to be in any sports or clubs.
you also get a consent form in a packet of papers before school starts (with emergency information and all that crap)..don't get it signed.

not EVERYONE gets drug tested..that'd be way too expensive. just don't act like a dumbass and you'll be fine.

Refuse the test, Tell them to contact your Lawyer. And they have to have Parental Consent. I have never heard of anything like this before, And I know there has to be a loophole somewhere, if it is the case, Fuck Em!!:thumbsup:
