I need some answers...

Hay there. I got some questions about my outdoor plant I hope ya'll can help me with. #1 What's up with the orange on a couple of my big fan leaves? It's not all over the plant, just on a couple of the bigger leaves (see pics). I quit putting in nutes and fed a lot of water the past couple of times, I have to water everyday as we are in high 90s everyday with little to no humidity. My nute mix is 23-18-16 and it's in a great growing (non-soil mix) medium. #2 When should I go to my bloom nutes. No sign of sex yet but I'm thinking the next couple of weeks. Do I wait till I can define sex or should I start feeding the bloom to help it along?

as long as its only affecting a couple of older fan leaves you shouldnt worry to much about it dont really see any cause for concern, but you should be able to sex that plant if you look close.
wouldnt start feeding bloom nutrients until you start to see some bud development.
